I think the first thing you need to do is ask him where he stands with you. Find out if he only wants to remain friends or if he wants to be more with you. Just met a new Taurus guy 3 weeks ago, he’s very up front saying he’s not looking for a relationship, said because he’s very happy with his life now and only want happiness and no troubles, but somehow during conversation he mentioned if somehow met met someone he feels to get married again, he will.

I’m not sure what to tell you if he has already told you he isn’t looking for a relationship. He may get swept up in the moment of enjoying things with you but then he may go cold upon the realization that he’s not ready to do this. You won’t know if you stand a chance without discussing it with him. I’d give him a bit more time and then ask him if he still thinks the same thing as in the beginning.
